Guidelines for Regulated Invertebrates

You have received organisms that are regulated by the USDA.

Because the release of these organisms could cause damage to local agriculture and/or natural environment, they must not be released into the wild.

They must also not be distributed to other parties. Separate permits would be necessary to do so.

In the event that you must dispose of these organisms (or materials that have come into contact with these organisms), please contain them in plastic bags, freeze them for a period of 72 hours. At this point, they may be placed into the trash.
