Here are a couple of photos of our current generation. CLICK on the photos to enlarge them.  The first photo is a  one week old Triops, the second about 5 weeks, the third  is of a one month old. In the second photo of the ventral surface, the eggs in the egg pouch are clearly visible. Note the unusual pattern on the last  individual–light streaks along the sides of the carapace. I’ve never seen on like this before. Could it be genetic?
